20250625 11442400 1.0 TRUE MSA Aggregates This Mineral Safeguarding Area was defined on adoption of the Devon Minerals Plan in February 2017, and covers land-won aggregate mineral resources (limestone, sand stone, igneous/metamorphic rock, sand and gravel) together with infrastructure for the manufacture of related products, the sustainable transportation of aggregates and the landing of marine-dredged aggregates. Policy M2 of the Minerals Plan presumes against the sterilisation or constraint of the mineral resource or infrastructure.
